The officers took a statement from the female and returned to service. The female mape originally called police sustained minor injuries prior to police arrival. The same female from the earlier call stated the male returned and broke into her home through a window and was still in the home.
Officers made multiple attempts to contact the male suspect. The suspect would not respond and talk with police.
Although he was willing to let the older children go, the older children would not leave without the younger ones. A few hours later at approximately am on November 19th, another call came from the same area in reference to a disturbance.
At approximately am contact was made and the suspect said he was not coming out. CRT continued talking with the suspect and at approximately am he wwyne and exited the home. There is nothing further at this time. He was placed into custody without incident by our EST. This is when the male locked the door behind her and would not let anyone in.
Location: Miner St Details: On November 18th,at approximately pm, officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to Miner St, Apt 3, regarding a domestic dispute between an adult male and adult female. When officers arrived on scene the male had adele mackay escort the area. CRT was able to make contact with the male and established a good line of communication.

Eventually all brokeb children had exited the home and were safe under police care with their mother. When officers arrived on scene the female came outside to talk with officers.
The children and the male suspect did not sustain any known physical injuries at this time. At this time officers learned there was a total of 6 juveniles in the home ranging in ages from 14yrs to 1yr old.
